Conditions of Free Shipping
We proudly offer FREE shipping on orders over $35 in US. Our "Free Shipping" covers all standard shipping and handling charges in the US to get our product safely from us to you. It does not include expedited shipping, non-standard shipping, return-shipping, customs and/or import/export fees, or fees charged by any party other than Lifetime Products. Free shipping is only valid for full products and not for parts ordered through customer service. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Time
Most items are estimated to ship within 3-5 business days from RESTMO. Business days exclude Fridays and Saturdays. This is the amount of time it takes to leave RESTMO. At this point, you will receive an email with tracking information to get an estimate of delivery time. Please note that transit time varies due to many factors and is not guaranteed.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@restmo-link.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Restmo.online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you.
