Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items purchased through Restmo.online if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us at support@restmo-link.com.

 

Returns

Products purchased through Restmo.online are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of the original order placement. We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Accepted returned products must be new and unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to verify the condition of all returned products before determining refund or exchange eligibility. If conditions are not met, RESTMO reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund. Please note that RESTMO does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  • Product that is custom configured or branded to your specifications.
  • Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@restmo.com.
