1. Check whether the filter screen is properly installed, clean and free of damage.
2. Verify if the faucet connection is fully tightened.

1. Check if the filter screen is clogged. Clean or replace it if blocked.
2. The impeller is jammed by dirt or stones. Clear away debris if this occurs.
3. The impeller is damaged. Please contact customer service for a replacement part.

1. The flow meter has a tolerance of ±4%, and readings within this range are normal.
2. Confirm the unit of measurement (Liters/Gallons) is set correctly, and ensure the water flow reaches at least 0.5 GPM (2 LPM).
3. If there is a significant discrepancy between displayed and actual values, enter CAL mode for calibration.

The battery is dead or incorrectly installed.

Moisture condenses inside the screen due to temperature differences between inside and outside. The fog will dissipate on its own when the temperature rises or after resting for a period of time.
