If the filter washer is lost or damaged,

1) ensure the filter washer is in place;

2) ensure the filter washer is clean and undamaged;

3) ensure the faucet connection is hand tight.

If the counting flywheel does not rotate properly or the filter is clogged,

1) clean the stones or dirt in the flywheel;

2) clean or replace the filter;

3) contact customer service for a new replacement.

If the battery is dead or is not installed properly,

1) replace with a new CR2032 battery;

2) ensure the battery compartment is clean and the battery is installed with correct direction;

3) tightly screw the battery cap.

Water meter counting has ±5% tolerance.

Here are tips to test the counting performance:

1) make sure the counting unit (liter/gallon) is correct;

2) install a garden hose on the outlet and make sure the water flow is 0.3GPM (1LPM) at least.

Solution may help you:

Consumption mode counts the last-time water usage and always resets to zero automatically after water flow stops more than 1 minute, switch to total mode.

Total mode will not automatically reset to zero unless you manually reset.
