Solutions may help you:

1. Air condenses inside the screen due to the temperature difference between inside and outside. ---> The fog disappears when the temperature rises, or leave it stand for a period of time.

If the filter washer lost or damaged, 1) ensure the filter washer is in place;

2) ensure the filter is clean and undamaged;

3) ensure the faucet connection is hand tight.

If the counting flywheel does not rotate properly or the filter is clogged, 1) clean the stones or dirt when they block the flywheel;

2) clean or replace the filter when the filter is clogged;

3) contact customer service for a new replacement when the flywheel is damaged.

If battery is dead or is not installed properly, 1) replace with a new CR2032 battery;

2) ensure the battery compartment is clean and the battery is installed with correct direction;

3) tightly screw the battery cap.

Water meter counting has ±5% tolerance.

Here are tips to test the counting performance: 1) ensure the counting unit (liter/gallon) is correct;

2) must install a garden hose on the outlet and ensure the water flow is 0.3GPM (1LPM) at least.

If consumption mode counts the last-time water usage and always resets to zero automatically after water flow stops mora than 1 minute, switch to total mode.

Total mode will not automatically reset to zero unless you manually reset.
