Solutions may help you:

1. If you cannot turn P1/P2/P3 off, keep pressing +/- button at START TIME setup of P1/P2/P3 until OFF display.

2. If you cannot select/unselect water days, with the dial at HOW OFTEN, press + button to select water days and press - button to unselect water days.

3. If the timer dial is not set to AUTO, turn the dial to AUTO position.

4. If low battery indicator flashed, replace with new batteries.

5. If Rain Delay mode is on, long press DELAY button for 3 seconds with the dial at AUTO to cancel rain delay.

6. If CLOCK, START TIME, HOW LONG, HOW OFTEN are set incorrectly, turn the dial to each position and make sure all setups are correct.

Solutions may help you:

1. If the filter is blocking by dirt or stones, clean the filter or replace it with a new one.

2. If the hose connection is cross-threaded, ensure the timer is installed properly and not cross-threaded.

3. If the inlet pressure is not sufficient to support watering needs, install a booster pump or other booster pressurizing equipment.

Solutions may help you:

1. If the timer dial is at OFF, turn the dial to AUTO position.

2. If low battery indicator flashes, replace with new batteries.

3. If hose faucet is off, turn on the faucet.

4. If the diaphragm inside the built-in solenoid valve is stuck, reset the solenoid valve. Step 1: Attach the timer on a faucet and open the faucet to max. Step 2: Manually turn the timer on for more than 5 seconds and turn it off. Repeat above steps more than 5 times until water flows through the valve smoothly.

Solutions may help you:

1. If manual watering is on, turn the dial to OFF and back to AUTO to cancel manual watering.

2. If impurities, like stones or hairs, are stuck in the solenoid valve, reset the solenoid valve. Step 1: Attach the timer on a faucet and open the faucet to max. Step 2: Manually turn the timer on for more than 5 seconds and turn it off. Repeat it more than 5 times until water flows through the valve smoothly.

Solutions may help you:

1. If the filter washer lost or damaged, ensure the filter washer is clean and undamaged.

2. If the faucet is installed incorrectly, ensure the faucet or hose are 3/4"BSP thread while all connections are hand tight and not cross-threaded.

3. If water pressure is too high, ensure water pressure with the range of 8-120PSI (0.5-8.0Bar).

Solutions may help you:

1. Air condenses inside the screen due to the temperature difference between inside and outside. ---> The fog will disappear when the temperature rises, or leave it stand for a period of time.

2. If battery is dead or is not installed properly, replace with new batteries. Remember to keep your hands dry when install batteries.

3. If LCD is broken or defective, contact the customer service for a new replacement.
