1. If you cannot find the device when pairing, 1) long press the button to activate device pairing mode until LED indicator flashed quickly; 2) split dual-band route which is 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.

2. If the device is offline, 1) ensure the route is online; 2) ensure the device battery power is fully charged; 3) place the RF WI-FI gateway to a position WI-FI signal covered. The distance between gateway and the timer should be less than 160 feet (50m).

Solutions may help you:

1. If the filter is blocking by dirt or stones, clean the filter or replace it with a new one.

2. If the hose connection is cross-threaded, make sure the timer is installed properly and not cross-threaded.

3. If inlet pressure is not sufficient to support watering needs, install a booster pump or other booster pressurizing equipment.

• Note: This timer is built in with a solenoid valve. Technically, all solenoid valves decrease water pressure. RESTMO also has ball-valve timers that do not decrease water pressure.
• If you are not satisfied with the decreased water pressure, please contact us directly for more details about ball-valve timers.

2. If rain delay mode is on, turn off rain delay setup from the APP.

3. If irrigation plans are set incorrectly, ensure the Start Time, Irrigation Duration, Watering Frequency setups are correct.

3. If the diaphragm inside the built-in solenoid valve is stuck, reset the solenoid valve. Manually turn on/off the timer for several times until water flows through properly.

2. If impurities, like stones or hairs, are stuck in the solenoid valve, reset the solenoid valve. Manually turn on/off the timer for several times until water flows through smoothly.

1. If the filter washer lost or damaged, ensure the filter washer is clean and undamaged.

2. If the faucet is installed incorrectly, ensure the faucet or hose are standard threads and all connections are hand tight and not cross-threaded.

3. If water pressure is too high, ensure water pressure within the range of 8-120PSI (0.5-8.0Bar).
