4. If the timer or remote battery power is low, replace with new batteries.

1. If you cannot find the device when pairing, 1) long press the button to activate device pairing mode until LED indicator flashed quickly; 2) the dual-band router needs to split 2.4GHz and 5GHz WI-FI.

2. If the device is offline, 1) ensure the router is online; 2) check the device battery power; 3) check the timers are bind with hub; 4) place the Bluetooth WI-FI hub to a position which the router WI-FI signal is strong while the distance between the hub and timer is less than 50 feet(15m).

1. If the battery power is low, replace them with new batteries.

2. If rain delay is on, turn off the rain delay setup from the APP.

3. If the irrigation plans are set incorrectly, check the Start Time, Irrigation Duration, and Watering Frequency setups are correct.

1. If the filter is blocking by dirt or stones, clean the filter or replace it with a new one.

2. If the hose connection is cross-threaded, make sure the timer is installed properly and not cross-threaded.

3. If the inlet pressure is not sufficient to support watering needs, install a booster pump or other booster pressurizing equipment.

1. If manual watering is on, press the manual button or use the APP to turn the timer off.

2. If impurities, like stones or hairs, are stuck in the solenoid valve, manually turn on/off the timer multiple times until water flows through smoothly to reset the solenoid valve.

2. If the faucet installed incorrectly, check the faucet or hose are standard threads while all connections are hand tight and not cross-threaded.

3. If the water pressure is too high, ensure the water pressure within the range of 8-120PSI (0.5-8.0Bar).
