Solutions may help you:

1. If you cannot find the device when pairing, 1) long press the button to activate device pairing mode until LED indicator flashes quickly; 2) split 2.4GHz and 5GHz WI-FI of your dual-band router.

2. If the device is offline, 1) check whether the router is offline; 2) check whether the device battery power is low; 3) check whether the timers are bind with hub; 4) place the Bluetooth WI-FI hub to a position which router WI-FI signal is strong while the distance between the hub and the timer is less than 50 feet(15m).

Solutions may help you:

1. If battery power is low, replace them with new batteries.

2. If rain delay is on, turn off the rain delay setup form APP.

3. If irrigation plans are set incorrectly, ensure the Start Time, Irrigation Duration, Watering Frequency setups are correct.

Solutions may help you:

1. If the filter is blocking by dirt or stones, clean the filter or replace it with a new one.

2. If hose connection is cross-threaded, ensure the timer is installed properly and not cross-threaded.

3. If the inlet pressure is not sufficient to support watering needs, install a booster pump or other booster pressurizing equipment.

Note: This timer is built in with a solenoid valve. Technically, all solenoid valves decrease water pressure. RESTMO also has ball-valve timers that do not decrease water pressure. If you are not satisfied with the decreased water pressure, please contact us directly for more details about ball-valve timers.

Solutions may help you:

1. If low battery indicator flashes quickly, replace with new batteries.

2. If the hose faucet is off, turn on the faucet.

3. If the diaphragm inside the built-in solenoid valve is stuck, reset the solenoid valve. Manually turn on/off the timer multiple times until water flows smoothly.

1. If manual watering is on, press the manual button or use the APP to turn the timer off.

2. If impurities, like stones or hairs, are stuck in the solenoid, reset the solenoid valve. Manually turn on/off the timer multiple timers until water flow smoothly.

Solutions may help you:

1. If the filter washer lost or damaged, ensure the filter is clean and undamaged.

2. If you install the faucet incorrectly, ensure the faucet or hose are standard threads while all connections are hand tight and not cross-threaded.

3. If water pressure is too high, ensure the water pressure within the range of 8-120PSI (0.5-8.0Bar).
