Factory Reset (Full Reset):
1.Remove the batteries – Open the battery compartment and take out both AAA batteries
2.Wait 30 seconds – This clears all stored data and schedules
3.Reinsert the batteries – Put the batteries back in with correct polarity
4.Reconnect via app – Open the RESTMO app and pair the timer again via Bluetooth
Soft Reset (App Connection Only):
1.Open the RESTMO app
2.Go to Settings or Device Settings
3.Select Disconnect or Unpair Device
4.Wait 10 seconds5.Reconnect by scanning for the timer in the app
When to Use Each Reset:
•Factory Reset: If schedules aren't working, the timer is unresponsive, or you're setting it up for a new location
•Soft Reset: If the app connection is lost or acting sluggish
After a factory reset, all your custom schedules will be erased, so you'll need to set them up again in the app.
