Solutions may help you:

1. If the distance between the timer and remote is more than 100ft (3m), let your remote close to the timer (within 100ft/3m).

2. If the timer dial is not at ON position, turn the timer dial to ON position.

3. If the timer zones and remote are not successfully paired or paired with wrong zone numbers. ---> Timer Zone L is already paired with ZONE 1 of the remote. Timer Zone R is already paired with ZONE 2 of the remote. Pair timer zones with correct zone numbers of remote.

4. If the timer or remote battery power is low, replace with new batteries.

Solutions may help you:

1. If you cannot keep some zones always-off, set HOW OFTEN of the desired always-off zones to OFF.

2. If the timer dial is not set to ON position, turn the dial to ON position.

3. If the battery power is low, replace with new batteries if low battery indicator flashes.

4. If rain delay is on, long press DELAY button (at least 3 seconds) with the dial at AUTO to cancel rain delay.

5. If CLOCK, START TIME, HOW LONG, HOW OFTEN are set to incorrect, turn the dial to each position and make sure all setups are correct.

Solutions may help you:

1. If the filter is blocking by dirt or stones, clean the filter or replace it with a new one.

2. If hose connection is cross-threaded, make sure the timer is installed properly and not cross-threaded.

3. If the inlet pressure is not sufficient to support watering needs, install a booster pump or other booster pressurizing equipment.

Solutions may help you:

1. If the timer dial is at OFF position, turn the dial to ON position.

2. If the battery power is low, replace with new batteries if low battery indicator flashes.

3. If the hose faucet is off, turn on the faucet.

4. If the diaphragm inside the built-in solenoid valve is stuck, follow the steps to reset the solenoid valve: Step 1: Turn the dial to OFF. Step 2: Simultaneously press "OK" and "-" buttons for 3 seconds, the timer enters into reset mode. Step 3: During reset mode, the valve open and close repeatedly. Step 4: Once water flows through smoothly, simultaneously press "OK" and "-" buttons for 3 seconds again, then the timer will cancel reset mode.

Solutions may help you:

1. If manual watering is on, turn the dial to OFF and back to ON to cancel manual watering.

2. If impurities, like stones or hairs, are stuck in the solenoid valve, follow the steps to reset the solenoid valve: Step 1: Turn the dial to OFF. Step 2: Simultaneous press "OK" and "-" buttons for 3 seconds, the timer enters into reset mode. Step 3: During reset mode, the valve open and close repeatedly. Step 4: Once water flows through smoothly, simultaneously press "OK" and "-" buttons for 3 seconds again, then the timer will cancel reset mode.

Solutions may help you:

1. If the filter washer is miry, make sure the filter washer is clean and undamaged.

2. If the faucet are installed incorrectly, check and ensure the faucet or hose are 3/4"NH thread while all connections are hand tight and not cross-threaded.

3. If water pressure is too high, ensure the water pressure within the range of 8-120PSI (0.5-8.0Bar).

1. Air condenses inside the screen due to the temperature difference between inside and outside.--->The fog will disappear when the temperature rises, or leave it stand for a period of time.

2. If the battery is dead or installed incorrectly, replace with new batteries. Remember to keep your hands dry when installing batteries.

3. If the LCD is broken or defective, contact the customer service for a new replacement.
