Solutions may help you:

1. Confirm the main water supply and all branch lines are fully open. Turn the dial to AUTO mode, and verify the date & time are set correctly.

2. Double-check all wiring connections, including links between the timer, main valve (or pump starter), and every terminal joint.

3. Inspect wires for damage or corrosion; replace faulty wiring as needed.

4. Perform a full reset: Disconnect power to the timer for 3 minutes, restore power, then press the reset button on the back of the LCD cover. If no hardware damage exists, the timer will accept programming and work normally again.

Solutions may help you:

1. The timer may lack power: For indoor units, check if the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet. For outdoor units, confirm the transformer wiring is connected properly and the circuit breaker is switched on.

2. Check wires for damage and replace them if broken. Inspect all connection points and swap in waterproof connectors when required.

3. If the LCD screen is damaged or defective, contact our customer service to apply for a replacement unit.
